Woods & Co Recruitment have partnered with one of Australia’s leading private property developers on a new and exciting opportunity to join their team here in Melbourne.
We are seeking an experienced Concierge Supervisor to lead their customer facing team on a brand new, high-end facility located inner city.
The asset class is Build to Rent and consists of high end amenities likened to a 5 star hotel environment.
What do you do?
Leadership and support a 24/7 customer facing, concierge team. The management will include training, development and mentoring of staff
Oversee the delivery of high-end concierge services
Ensure optimal operational tenant and tenant guest experience across all amenities
Lead and manage community engagement through events and other pathways
Ensure all standards are met to the level of expectation from both the tenants and the business
What do you need?
Experience in leading customer facing teams in hotels, large scale hospitality or high end residential environments
Strong customer service, interpersonal and organisational skills
Previous experience in small to medium sized teams in a supervisory or management capacity
Leadership, mentoring and motivating teams
