Woods & Co are partnering with a fast-growing food ingredients and commodity trading business that supplies high-quality products to clients across Australia and internationally. As the company continues to scale, they are seeking a motivated Sales Support Coordinator to join their Melbourne team and play a key role in keeping sales, orders, and supply chain operations running smoothly.

What you'll do?

• Support end-to-end sales order processing and coordination

• Manage customer queries on pricing, stock, and order status

• Track inventory, forward orders, and delivery timelines daily

• Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders

• Assist account managers with admin and client support tasks

• Maintain accurate records across orders, pricing, and systems

• Help streamline operations and improve workflow efficiency

What you need?

• 2-3 years experience in customer service, sales support or operations
• Exposure to FMCG, commodities, logistics or trading (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy under pressure
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organised with strong time management
• Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn and grow
