Woods & Co Recruitment have partnered with a premium and well established menswear brand based in Richmond, specialising in custom made to measure suiting. This business is known for its craftsmanship, attention to detail, and highly personalised client experience.

We are seeking a confident and detail-oriented Client Advisor (Made-to-Measure) to join a high-end menswear environment, specialising in the final stage of the customer journey.

This is not a traditional retail role or full-cycle sales position. You will operate at the point where garments are finalised, fitted to perfection, and orders are closed.

You will be responsible for refining garments, ensuring an exceptional fit, and confidently guiding clients through final decisions, including upselling where appropriate to enhance the overall outcome

What’s in it for you?

• $70,000 - $75,000 + Super + Commissions (OTE: $80,000 – $95,000+)

What you’ll do:

• Conduct second and final fittings with clients
• Assess and refine garments to exacting standards
• Finalise orders and confirm customer requirements
• Recommend upgrades, accessories, and additional products
• Deliver a premium client experience at the point of completion
• Work collaboratively within a high-performing showroom team

What do you need?

• Experience as a Fitter, Fitting Consultant, Tailoring Consultant, or within luxury menswear
• Confident, polished, and client-focused
• Strong attention to detail with a high standard of presentation
• Thrives in a fast-paced, appointment-driven environment
• Motivated by performance, commission, and results
• Interest or experience in menswear or styling is advantageous
