Woods & Co are partnering with an rapidly expanding transport and logistics business currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their Brisbane team. This is a great opportunity to step into a high-volume, fast-paced environment, within a brand new depot! You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and keeping operations running smoothly.

What you’ll do:

• Be the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone, email & online
• Process bookings, orders & consignment details with accuracy
• Coordinate with operations & transport teams to ensure on-time deliveries
• Provide real-time updates on shipments and delivery schedules
• Resolve issues and handle escalations with professionalism and care
• Maintain accurate records across internal systems & CRM
• Contribute to team performance and continuous improvement initiatives
  

Skills & Experience

• 1-2 years customer service or administration, ideally within transport, logistics, or freight
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency with computer systems and customer service platforms
• A positive attitude and strong team-oriented mindset
