We’re on the hunt for a confident and hands-on retail leader who loves driving sales, developing people and bringing energy to the shop floor. You’ll take full ownership of a high-profile store, inspire a strong team and deliver an engaging customer experience.

What do you do?

• Lead from the front to create an energetic and customer-focused store experience with every interaction.
• Use your commercial skills to drive store performance and hit sales targets and KPIs.
• Assist with visual merchandising to support brand standards and maximise sales opportunities.
• Coach, motivate and develop your team for long-term success.
• Keep operations running smoothly by managing rosters, stock and back-of-house tasks efficiently

What do you need?

• Minimum 2+ years experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in fashion or fast-paced retail.
• Strong sales leadership with a passion for coaching and developing people.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently report on business performance.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to identify and act on sales opportunities.
• Passion for product and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
