Woods & Co Recruitment have partnered with a leading property investment firm in search for a Property Investment Advisor to join their high-performing team.

This is a unique opportunity for a commercially minded professional to step into a strategic and client-facing role. You’ll guide clients through their property investment journey - from initial consultation through to execution - while delivering tailored wealth-building strategies.

What do you do?

• Conduct in-depth client consultations to understand financial goals.
• Develop tailored property investment strategies and plans.
• Present and guide clients through investment opportunities.
• Analyse property markets, trends and investment performance.
• Manage relationships through the full sales and acquisition process.
• Collaborate with internal brokers and support teams to execute deals.
• Provide ongoing support and portfolio guidance to clients.

What do you need?

• 3+ years’ experience in property investment or advisory roles.
• Real Estate License.
• Strong understanding of the property market and investment strategies.
• Proven ability to manage and convert client relationships.
• High level of commercial acumen and analytical thinking.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Driven, professional and client-focused mindset.
• Flexibility to work across a 6-day work week.
