What do you do? - Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their brand, goals, and needs.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your network and market insights to drive sales and expand our client base.
- Collaborate with clients to design and deliver bespoke branded merchandise programs that exceed their expectations.
- Work closely with the leadership team to align business goals with market opportunities, providing input into marketing and sales strategies.
- Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and innovations to offer cutting-edge solutions that set our clients apart.
- Partner with the internal design and production teams to deliver seamless, high-quality service and solutions.
What do you need? - 3+ Years of Account Management or Sales experience.
- Experience in branded merchandise, promotional marketing, or a creative agency.
- A strong network and the ability to build rapport and trust with clients quickly.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a knack for understanding and addressing client needs.
- A proactive, solution-focused mindset and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for branding, marketing, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- High levels of energy, enthusiasm, and a drive to achieve results.
- A valid Drivers License.
