The main facets of this role will be involved in managing an existing portfolio of blue-chip Merchandise based clients to achieve individual client budgets and objectives.
The successful candidate will have a growth mindset, as well as knowledge and experience in promotional marketing.

What do you do? - Assist with the management of an existing portfolio of clients
- Respond to client briefs for any creative, productions or digital requirements
- Manage multiple clients timelines, estimates and reporting
- Work towards achieving budgets, targets & KPIs
- Liaise and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Support the agency’s growth objectives
- Determine appropriate solutions for client requests
- Aid in new business development with your network of clients
What do you need? - 2+ years’ experience as an Account Manager/Account Executive/Sales Coordinator
- Knowledge and experience in Below the Line marketing (Promotional Merchandise)
- Demonstrated sales and relationship management skills
- A creative mind
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Growth mindset and eagerness to succeed
- Experience and ability to grow client base and achieve budgets
