Woods & Co Recruitment have partnered with a rapidly growing security company, who are on the search for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join the business. The business has over a team of over 200 employees and they provide security guards for some of Melbourne’s biggest venues and events. Located in the heart of the Docklands, the office is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The successful candidate will be heavily involved in managing the day-to-day operations of internal stakeholders and the business as a whole. They will be required to perform general office administrative duties as well as tasks that prepare the company for their large and smaller scale events.

What do you do? - Provide administrative support
- Attend to office emails and phone calls
- Manage calendars
- Schedule meetings and interviews
- Organise internal business operations
- Draft letters and prepare reports
- Assist in the preparation of presentations for up-and-coming tenders and events
What do you need? - Experience in a similar role an administrative position
- Impeccable communication and organisational skills
- Ability to deliver compelling and engaging presentations
- Able to work autonomously and within a team
- Competent in a fast-paced work environment and work well under pressure
