Administration Assistant to join their team.
We are searching for an Administrative Assistant to play a key role in the coordination of purchase orders, seamless project delivery, managing contract and supplier invoicing, and preparation of reports. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in delivering exceptional administrative support and a willingness to learn and grow the company

What do you do? - Input job information accurately and efficiently into the software
- Review and ensure the correctness of invoices and other financial documents
- Raise and close jobs within the software system, maintaining up-to-date records
- Coordinate purchase orders and ensure compliance
- Manage contract and supplier invoicing processes
- Prepare and present weekly analysis reports to management
- General Administrative duties as directed
What do you need? - Previous experience in Administration or Office Assistant position
- Experience in Simpro and/or Zavanti (desirable)
- Knowledge of the construction and maintenance industry (preferred)
- Clear communication and organisational skills
- Ability to conduct and resolve incoming issues promptly
