What do you do?

• You will be a high achiever and lead by example to create a stellar customer experience
• Manage high stock volumes and assist with stock processing in a fast-paced environment ensuring everything’s in place for the customers shopping spree!
• Provide development of your team, collaborate with the business to hit the right notes in financial sales
• Highlight your proficiency in your execution of in-store Visual Merchandising
• Collaborate closely with the Store Manager on daily operations and ad hoc tasks

  
What do you need:

• Previous experience as an Assistant Store Manager or a Full Time retail worker looking for a step up
• A passion for the retail industry is a MUST!
• Strong customer service skills with a passion for creating memorable experiences
• Experience in training and mentoring a team
• Knowledge of visual merchandising principles
• Ability to manage stock efficiently and work in a fast-paced retail environment
• A hands-on approach with a can-do attitude
