What do you do? - Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets & KPIs
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience of a high quality with every interaction
- Train & develop your team in product knowledge and selling techniques
- Oversee stock management and visual merchandising with your keen eye for detail
- Provide coaching and real-time feedback to staff
- Ensure smooth day-to-day store operations
What do you need: - Retail leadership experience, ideally as an ASM, Supervisor, or Team Leader
- Confidence and ability to work independently
- Passion for customer service and sales
- Strong people management and coaching skills
- Experience with stock control & visual merchandising
- A proactive and hands-on approach to problem-solving
