As a
Booking Coordinator / Customer Service Consultant, you will be the crucial in delivering exceptional service, ensuring both internal and external customers experience seamless, professional, and timely support. You will coordinate bookings and keep all relevant stakeholders informed and aligned to maintain quality service.

What you'll do: - Manage incoming calls, bookings, and queries.
- Coordinate schedules efficiently between clients and technicians.
- Maintain accurate records in the electronic booking system.
- Review job completions and resolve missing information like order numbers.
- Support fleet teams and other internal stakeholders.
- General administrative tasks as directed by the supervisor
What You’ll Need - 1–2 years’ experience in an admin or customer service role
- A motivated, team-oriented attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A positive, “can-do” approach
