The role of the
Booking Coordinator / Customer Service Consultant is to ensure that customers, both internal and external are provided a reliable service in a professional and timely manner. The role requires bookings to be coordinated with the installers in an efficient and time-efficient manner and communicated to all relevant stakeholders.

What You’ll Do - Answer phone calls and take bookings for required work, coordinating with relevant departments
- Respond to queries and provide solutions for clients and team members
- Enter data and information into the electronic booking system
- Confirm job completion with the fleet team and dealerships as required
- Follow up on missing information such as order numbers for jobs
- File paperwork related to jobs and invoices
- Perform other general administrative duties as directed by supervisors or managers
What You’ll Need - 1–2 years’ experience in an admin or customer service role
- A motivated, team-oriented attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A positive, “can-do” approach
