We are seeking a Bookings Coordinator to play a core role in coordinating schedules, liaising with customers and ensuring a seamless service experience. This role is pivotal to keeping communication flowing effortlessly between customers and internal stakeholders. This is a fast-paced, customer-centric environment that values organisation, motivation and adaptability.

What do you do?

• Successfully coordinate bookings, liaising with multiple parties
• Answer incoming calls and tasks simultaneously without compromising on service quality
• Follow comprehensive procedures to accurately and efficiently complete tasks at hand
• Efficiently manage high volume of in incoming calls
• Attend product and service related workshops to continually maintain high level of knowledge  

What do you need?

• 1-2 years experience in fast-paced administrative, customer support or call centre roles
• Professional written and verbal manner
• Proactive mindset
• Motivated and team-oriented attitude
• High-attention to detail
