Business Development Manager to spearhead new business initiatives and play a pivotal role in expanding their client portfolio. If you’re passionate about building connections, unlocking opportunities, and driving growth, this is the role for you.

What will you do? - Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your network and market insights to grow the client base.
- Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients, developing a deep understanding of their brand, goals, and needs.
- Collaborate with clients to design and deliver bespoke branded merchandise programs that align with their vision.
- Work closely with the leadership team to develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and client presentations to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, innovations, and market developments to offer cutting-edge solutions that set clients apart.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality solutions, meeting and exceeding client expectations.
What do you need? - 3+ years of Business Development or Sales experience, preferably in branded merchandise, promotional marketing, or a creative agency.
- Proven success in generating new business and achieving sales targets.
- A strong network and ability to quickly build rapport and trust with clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- A proactive, solutions-driven approach with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for branding, marketing, and delivering exceptional client experiences.
- High energy, enthusiasm, and a results-oriented mindset.
- A valid Driver’s License.
