Woods & Co Recruitment have partnered with a leader in the adhesives space. Our client is a renowned provider of high-quality, adhesive solutions for construction and flooring applications. With a reputation for premium products and exceptional customer service, they are seeking a motivated Sales Business Development Manager to spearhead growth and build new opportunities in the adhesives market.


The Role: In this role, you will:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the adhesives and construction industries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, contractors, and other industry professionals.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Present the company’s innovative and eco-friendly adhesive range to potential clients.
• Work closely with technical and marketing teams to ensure outstanding service delivery.

About You:

• Proven experience in sales or business development, ideally within adhesives, construction, or related technical sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to cultivate and sustain lasting client relationships.
• A results-driven approach with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• A passion for sustainable, high-performance products.
• 3+ years’ experience in technical or product-based sales.
