Business Support Manager to support the Operations Manager in overseeing the seamless delivery of cleaning services, serving as the key liaison between clients, cleaners, and directors.

What do you do? - Oversight of cleaning operations
- Regular reporting back to the directors
- Identify, manage and escalate urgent tasks
- Managing multiple inboxes
- Site visits
- Client database management
What do you need? - 2+ years of previous experience in a similar role is essential
- Great work ethic, self-motivated
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to work autonomously & in a team
- Confident using Microsoft Office
- Excellent time management & organisational skills
- Immaculate presentation
