Woods & Co Recruitment have partnered with a value-driven and dedicated family-owned business, and are thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for a robust and experienced Centre Manager to oversee the daily operations of their Beenleigh and Nerang shopping centres.
Reporting directly to the Head of Property in Melbourne, this role offers significant autonomy and the chance to grow with our client as they expand their QLD portfolio. You’ll be the key point of contact, building community relationships, managing contractors, and ensuring a vibrant, well-maintained environment for tenants and visitors alike.

What do you do? - Act as the first point of contact for all operational matters at Beenleigh and Nerang centres
- Coordinate closely with security and marketing contractors for seamless operations
- Build and maintain strong community relationships, promoting positive centre engagement
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives for both centres, enhancing local outreach
- Support leasing coordination, working with local leasing agents to attract and retain tenants
What do you need: - Proven experience as a Centre Manager or in a similar property management role
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with a tough, adaptable mindset
- Knowledge of digital marketing and community engagement strategies
- Ability to handle out-of-hours emergencies when needed
- Commitment to understanding and engaging with the local community
