What’s in it for you? 

• Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 + Super

What do you do? 

• Lead the daily operations of the function centre and café.
• Recruit, train, and manage your F&B team, including waitstaff and chefs.
• Develop and implement streamlined SOPs, policies, and procedures.
• Oversee bookings and ensure flawless execution of functions.
• Manage budgets and drive event bookings to maximise venue utilisation.
• Foster an inclusive, culturally sensitive environment, respecting dietary requirements and community values.

What do you need?

• Proven experience managing functions, events, or hospitality venues.
• Strong leadership skills with a talent for building and motivating teams.
• Expertise in operational planning, including the creation of SOPs.
• Financial savvy, with experience managing budgets and bookings.
• Outstanding organisational and communication abilities.
• An understanding of cultural sensitivities and inclusivity in hospitality.
