What do you do? - Lead the daily operations of the function centre and café.
- Recruit, train, and manage your F&B team, including waitstaff and chefs.
- Develop and implement streamlined SOPs, policies, and procedures.
- Oversee bookings and ensure flawless execution of functions.
- Manage budgets and drive event bookings to maximise venue utilisation.
- Foster an inclusive, culturally sensitive environment, respecting dietary requirements and community values.
What do you need? - Proven experience managing functions, events, or hospitality venues.
- Strong leadership skills with a talent for building and motivating teams.
- Expertise in operational planning, including the creation of SOPs.
- Financial savvy, with experience managing budgets and bookings.
- Outstanding organisational and communication abilities.
- An understanding of cultural sensitivities and inclusivity in hospitality.
