A newly created opportunity has arisen for a
Client Lead to take charge of an important client account. This role is pivotal in strengthening the existing relationship while identifying and capitalising on new growth opportunities. We’re seeking a strategic and commercially minded professional who can enhance client engagement, drive revenue and provide innovative solutions to foster long-term success.

What will you do? - Take the lead on sales strategy, identifying opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell within the client account
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to uncover new growth opportunities and drive business success
- Drive proactive client growth by delivering creative and innovative solutions for both existing and new clients
- Nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and business expansion
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership
What do you need? - Proven experience in a similar role with a strong B2B focus and below-the-line marketing knowledge (ideally within promotional merchandise or similar area)
- Strong marketing knowledge with a keen understanding of market trends and customer needs
- Sales and growth-focused mindset with a track record of driving revenue
- Client-centric approach with a passion for fostering and developing relationships
- Excellent project management and organisational skills, ensuring seamless execution of initiatives
