Woods & Co Recruitment is representing a leading construction fit-out company in Brisbane CBD. With a fun, dynamic culture they’re looking for a Client Engagement Officer to drive sales and business development. Offering a salary of $100,000 + Super + Commissions, this role will see you building strong, consultative relationships with clients, managing your own portfolio, and contributing to business growth in a fast-paced, independent environment.

What do you do? 

• Sales & Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities within the commercial property sector.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, ensuring a tailored, consultative approach.
• Consultative Selling: Understand client needs and provide expert advice on fit-out solutions that align with their goals.
• Proposal & Negotiation: Prepare and present customised proposals, manage the sales cycle, and close deals.
• Market Insight: Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity, providing insights to senior management.

What you need:

• Proven success in building relationships using a consultative sales approach is a must
• 3+ years in sales or business development, preferably in the construction, property, or fit-out industries.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage senior-level clients.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work autonomously as well as being a collaborative team player
