They are looking for a proactive and strategic Client Service Manager looking to drive operational efficiency and transformation.

What do you do? - Lead the client service function, ensuring high-quality support for the director.
- Identify and implement process improvements to drive operational efficiency.
- Optimise workflow automation and digital solutions to streamline service delivery.
- Develop and refine client service procedures to enhance overall client experience.
- Manage compliance and ensure adherence to industry regulations.
- Act as a key point of contact for escalations, resolving client and adviser inquiries effectively.
- Collaborate with advisers and leadership to enhance service strategies.
What do you need? - Proven experience in client services within financial advice, wealth management, or insurance.
- Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Experience in process optimisation, workflow automation, and digital transformation.
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on problem-solving.
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM and financial planning software (Xplan experience advantageous).
