What You'll Be Doing: - Handling inbound & outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
- Providing exceptional customer service while managing collections processes
- Conducting skip tracing and investigative work to locate customers
- Managing client portfolios and updating account information
- Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
- Performing general administrative tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For: - Previous experience in a collections, credit, or customer service role
- A proactive and solutions-focused mindset
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent time management and organisational abilities
