What You'll Be Doing:

• Handling inbound & outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
• Providing exceptional customer service while managing collections processes
• Conducting skip tracing and investigative work to locate customers
• Managing client portfolios and updating account information
• Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
• Performing general administrative tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a collections, credit, or customer service role
• A proactive and solutions-focused mindset
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent time management and organisational abilities
