Contract Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of contracts across various projects. Responsibilities include:

What do you do? - Preparing, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with subcontractors and suppliers
- Managing project documentation and ensuring compliance with contract terms
- Assisting in cost control, budgeting, and forecasting
- Liaising with key stakeholders to ensure project timelines are met
- Supporting project managers in the delivery of high-quality developments
What You need? - Experience in contract administration within the residential construction industry
- Strong knowledge of residential development processes
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
