As a Contract Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of contracts across various projects. Responsibilities include:

What do you do? 

• Preparing, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with subcontractors and suppliers
• Managing project documentation and ensuring compliance with contract terms
• Assisting in cost control, budgeting, and forecasting
• Liaising with key stakeholders to ensure project timelines are met
• Supporting project managers in the delivery of high-quality developments

What You need?

• Experience in contract administration within the residential construction industry
• Strong knowledge of residential development processes
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
