Contract Manager to oversee the successful delivery of a significant DHA maintenance contract with a reputable organisation.

What do you do? - Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of all contract requirements
- Ensure compliance with contract KPIs, regulatory requirements, and corporate objectives
- Manage a team, providing training, development, and performance management
- Maintain strong relationships with DHA representatives and internal stakeholders
- Monitor and improve contract performance, cost efficiency, and service delivery
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of supervisors, field technicians, and admin staff
- Implement best practice project management systems and process improvements
- Conduct regular site inspections, quality checks, and performance reviews
What do you need? - Proven experience in contract management, maintenance operations, or project delivery
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop teams
- Excellent stakeholder management skills to liaise with DHA and internal teams
- Knowledge of building codes, compliance regulations, and health & safety standards
- Ability to monitor budgets, analyse profitability, and implement process improvements
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills
