Woods & Co is excited to partner with a leading and innovative IT solutions company who is seeking a highly organised and proactive Customer Delivery professional. This role is pivotal in enhancing the customer experience and ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
As a Customer Delivery Specialist, you will be instrumental in maintaining an efficient and productive work environment. Your responsibilities will include providing vital administrative support to the sales team, managing client interactions, and delivering exceptional service to our clients.

What's in it for you? - $60,000 - $65,000 + Super (plus $520 p/a ($10 a week for being rostered once every 5 weeks to be on call)

What do you do? - Set up, provisioning and deployment of customer orders, handed over from our sales reps – mobiles, NBN, Sip, Mobile Applications and our Hosted Phone system
- Phone calls to the customers and updating customer details
- Loading orders & updating the database
- Using Xero to invoice customers
- Liaising with external vendors for equipment required, booking in techs
- Running customer training sessions on how to use our systems
- Mobile Porting and Activations
- Basic Admin - kitchen & bathroom restock
- Collect mail - on a monthly roster
What do you need? - Highly organised & efficient
- Willingness to learn
- Be friendly and able to work with a customer to customise their phone set up – patience is key.
- To be able to work in a team and also autonomously
- Able to be rostered on once every 5 weeks for being on call (not for initial 2 month period)
- Likes to have a bit of fun but serious when the work needs to be done!
