We are seeking a
Customer Experience Specialist to coordinate customer bookings, resolve product and service enquiries and maintain customer databases. As a key point of contact, you will oversee job allocations, customer follow-ups, and issue resolution, ensuring seamless communication and efficient processes across all stakeholders.

What's in it for you?
- Deliver professional customer support via phone and email, resolving queries and service issues
- Process bookings, confirmations, and follow-ups
- Manage orders, invoices, and warranty documentation
- Maintain and update records in fleet company portals
- Coordinate stock shipments and assist with inventory control
- Input invoices, generate reports, and track missing information
- Support daily scheduling for onsite installations and repairs
- Assist with audits, compliance tasks, and OH&S duties
- Ad-hoc tasks, attending meetings, and assisting colleagues as needed.
What you need? - 1-2 years experience in fast-paced administrative, customer service or team support role
- Professional written and verbal manner
- Motivated, positive and team-oriented attitude
- Great attention to detail
- Willingness to learn
