In this role, you'll handle inbound calls, resolving faults, emergencies, and general enquiries. With full training provided, you'll gain the skills to deliver effective customer support using problem-solving and forward thinking skills. What's in it for you?
- $35 - $40 per hour + Super + Benefits (Experience Dependent)
- Overtime and penalty rates
- 6-month contract with opportunity for a permanent role
- 8 weeks of training
- Monday - Sunday (Hours between 6am to 12am in alternating shifts)

- Inbound calls only – no KPIs or sales targets!

What do you do?
- Answer inbound general service enquiries via phone and email
- Efficient and accurate documentation of call information
- Be proactive in resolving all issues within regulatory and contractual timeframes
- Assist clients with faults, emergency, and non-emergency enquiries.
- Liaise with relevant in-field resources and supervisors regarding order dispatch, alarm monitoring and alert requirements
- Processing updates and information regarding an event status's
- Plan and dispatch work orders to meet installation deadlines
- Esculate relevant incidents directly to leaders
What you need?
- Citizenship or Permanent Residency
- Experience in customer service or call handling role
- Industry relevant experience in Energy or Solar (desired)
- Organisational skills to handle multiple workloads
- High-level verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive mindset and passion for learning
