What do you do? - Lead and oversee daily department operations to ensure a smooth workflow and exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Manage and support team members, including scheduling and performance reviews.
- Maintain the highest standards of food quality and safety.
- Assist with inventory management, ensuring product availability and collaborating with department managers.
- Uphold a safe, hygienic, and well-organised work environment.
- Work flexible hours, including one weekend day, with shifts between 7:30 am - 7:30 pm.
What do you need? - Experience in a supervisory role in retail/supermarket environments.
- Food Handlers Certificate and RSA.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, strong time management, and budgeting abilities.
- Proficiency with computers and readiness to learn new software systems.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional approach.
- Knowledge of compliance, food safety standards, and quality control.
