What do you do? - Handle inbound calls regarding product inquiry’s, orders, stock, warranty and trading terms
- Proactively manage order fulfilment to ensure all customer requirements are met
- Reliable communication with external parties regarding credit’s, delivery’s and stock
- Provide a strong insight into product information, services, prices and trading terms to assist customers, consumers and end-users
- Build rapport with existing and potential clients
- Contribute to team meetings, devising plans and review of work schedules
- Recognise and escalate situations as required
What you need? - Minimum 3 years experience working in high performing/volume customer service teams
- Worked within the construction or building industry (Preferred)
- Experience working within a distribution/logistics environment (Preferred)
- Strong interpersonal skills, resilience, diligence and organised
- Strong technical skills, including Microsoft Office
