Woods & Co are looking for an experienced Deli Manager to join an established and successful independent supermarket in Warrandyte. If you have a passion for fine food retail, enjoy leading a team, and are eager to develop your career, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Oversee the deli department, managing staff, processes, ordering, and stock control
• Provide hands-on leadership, ensuring top-quality service and products
• Engage with customers, delivering excellent service and creating a positive experience
• Lead and mentor a small team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
• Balance the deli department’s goals with overall store performance

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in deli management, ideally in independent and fine food grocers
• Proven leadership experience, with a focus on staff development, rostering and training
• Strong ability to manage stock control, ordering, and inventory processes
• Passion for fine food and customer service excellence
