Internal Sales Coordinator who will play a key role in driving sales excellence and supporting the team within this thriving organisation.
As an Internal Sales Coordinator, you’ll manage customer accounts, oversee order processing, and liaise between customers and internal teams, ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry to delivery.

- Full-time position, Monday to Friday (No weekends).
- Collaborate with a dedicated Internal Sales Team, supported by a Logistics Coordinator and an Operations Manager.
What do you do? - Assist the sales team by managing customer accounts, responding to inquiries, and ensuring timely order fulfilment.
- Handle order entry, confirmations, and tracking, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, addressing needs and resolving concerns.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and all other required documentation.
- Work closely with logistics and warehouse teams to monitor stock levels and ensure product availability.
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, including Logistics and Warehousing, to maintain smooth operations.
- Provide expert product support and advice on solutions tailored to customer requirements.
What do you need? - Minimum of 3+ years in a similar role (internal sales or sales support), with specific experience in fasteners and/or construction-related products.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with both customers and internal teams.
- High accuracy in data entry and order processing.
- Excellent time management and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A reliable, friendly, “whatever it takes” attitude with a strong drive for customer satisfaction and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
