- Role Overview: Source, assess, and manage financing opportunities in property finance, private lending, and structured credit.
- Key Responsibilities: Conduct financial analysis, risk assessment, and due diligence, structure loan agreements, manage loan portfolios, and negotiate terms with stakeholders.
- Requirements: Experience in investment management, credit analysis, or structured finance, strong financial modelling skills, and the ability to manage transactions from origination to settlement.
