Job Description

A growing non-bank lender is looking for an experienced Investment Manager to originate, assess, and manage financing opportunities across real estate and private credit.

• Role Overview: Source, assess, and manage financing opportunities in property finance, private lending, and structured credit.
• Key Responsibilities: Conduct financial analysis, risk assessment, and due diligence, structure loan agreements, manage loan portfolios, and negotiate terms with stakeholders.
• Requirements: Experience in investment management, credit analysis, or structured finance, strong financial modelling skills, and the ability to manage transactions from origination to settlement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and assess investment opportunities in property finance, private lending, and structured credit.
• Conduct financial analysis, risk assessment, and due diligence on potential deals.
• Structure loan agreements, including development finance, mezzanine lending, and land acquisition funding.
• Manage loan portfolios, ensuring compliance and performance tracking.
• Negotiate terms with borrowers, investors, and key stakeholders.
• Stay informed on market conditions, credit risk trends, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Strong background in investment management, credit analysis, or structured finance.
• Experience in real estate finance, private lending, or commercial lending.
• Proficiency in financial modelling and risk assessment.
• Ability to manage transactions from origination to settlement.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
