The firm handles a wide range of matters, including property transactions, leasing, corporate advisory, and dispute resolution. They are looking for a motivated and organised Legal Assistant to join their dedicated team, providing essential support to ensure the smooth operation of the practice.
This role involves a mix of administrative, client-facing, and legal support responsibilities, offering variety and the chance to work closely with experienced lawyers. The successful candidate will bring strong organisational skills, professionalism, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.

What you’ll do... - Assist with commercial and property law matters, including contracts, leases, and settlements.
- Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents and correspondence with precision.
- Liaise confidently with clients, banks, and external stakeholders.
- Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules for lawyers.
- Maintain organised files and compile briefs for Counsel.
- Process billing and invoicing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Provide administrative support for dispute resolution and other legal matters as required.
What you need... - A minimum of 1-2 years experience as a legal assistant or in an administrative role.
- Strong ability to manage competing priorities with a high degree of initiative.
- Confident in Word, Outlook, Excel, and computerised case management systems.
- Confident, friendly, and approachable with a high level of customer care.
- Discreet, reliable, and fully aware of the need for confidentiality in client and firm matters.
- Able to cope with varying workloads, multi-task effectively, and remain calm under pressure.
- Organised, detail orientated and quality driven.
