What will you do? - Take full ownership of your role by developing and executing your own business strategy, aligned with your vision and the company's objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your network and market insights to grow the client base in a way that you see fit.
- Build deep, meaningful relationships with clients, gaining a strong understanding of their brand, goals, and needs to deliver bespoke branded merchandise solutions.
- Partner directly with the owner to reshape and drive the company’s growth strategy, giving you a real opportunity to influence change.
- Represent the company at key industry events, networking functions, and client presentations, establishing your personal brand while generating leads.
- Stay ahead of market trends, offering innovative solutions to keep clients at the cutting edge of the industry.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of high-quality products, exceeding client expectations.
What do you need? - 3+ years of Business Development or Sales experience, preferably in branded merchandise, promotional marketing, or a creative agency.
- Proven success in generating new business and meeting sales targets.
- A strong personal network and the ability to build trust and rapport with clients quickly.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- A proactive and entrepreneurial approach with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- A passion for branding, marketing, and delivering outstanding client experiences.
- High energy, enthusiasm, and a results-driven mindset.
- A valid Driver’s License.
