Woods & Co Recruitment are excited to partner with a prestigious and vibrant Property Investment company on a full time basis based in South Yarra. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to the customers, with the opportunity to work in a supportive, team environment.

What do you do?

• Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors and clients to facilitate smooth communication of matters and ensuring administrative tasks are completed
• Distributing relevant documents and information to stakeholders and 3rd parties in a timely manner
• Correctly filing office documents and overseeing file management
• Conducting database entry and preparing reports 
• Assisting with client enquiries
• Coordinating with internal departments to ensure seamless client experience

What do you need?

• Australian work experience in a similar, fast-paced role in Financial / Property
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Confidently communicating with clients and managing enquiries
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• The ability to consistently meet deadlines, document updates and invoicing
