What do you do? - Coordinate administrative procedures with the Director
- Assist with event coordination
- Administrative Coordination and organisation of examinations, parent teacher interviews and assemblies
- Provide administrative support to leaders
- Liaise with stakeholders
- Schedule and organise busy exam periods.
What do you need? - A current Working With Children Check (or willing to obtain)
- Be able to start on or before April 29th!
- Outstanding administration and organisational skills
- You must have experience within Operations
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication skills
- You must be tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Strong commitment to exceptional service
