As the Operations Manager, you will be at the forefront of operations, ensuring seamless execution of manufacturing and installation projects. You’ll lead cross-functional teams, drive efficiency, and implement innovative processes that align with growth objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee daily manufacturing and installation operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards
- Lead, mentor, and develop a skilled team across production, logistics, and installation departments
- Collaborate with senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives and operational improvements
- Manage resource allocation, scheduling, and workforce planning for optimal productivity
- Implement and monitor KPIs to track performance and drive continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and client specifications
- Optimise workflows to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and minimise downtime
- Foster a culture of teamwork, innovation, and accountability
What We're Looking For: - Extensive experience in operations management within manufacturing and/or sign installation
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and meet tight deadlines
