Woods & Co Recruitment have partnered with a well-renowned buyer’s advocate looking to strengthen its support team with an experienced PA.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has real estate administration experience under their belt, however, is up for a new challenge in a fast-paced, exciting environment!
The successful candidate will have proven experience as a PA or support person, and
must have come from a real estate/property business.
What's in it for you? - Work from home, anywhere in Melbourne
- Up to $80,000 + Super (depending on experience)
- Full time (Monday to Friday)
- No Saturday work
- Flexible working arrangements
- Work autonomously
- Report to the Director of the business
- Varied role completing both personal and commercially oriented tasks
What do you do? - Looking after Managing Director
- Acting as the first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
- Schedule, calendar, CRM & email management
- Sales campaign management
- Management of buyers advocate stakeholders and undertaking confidential property searches
- Travel coordination
- Data Entry & File processing
- General administration tasks
- Website management
- Creating and reading confidential documents
What do you need? - Proven experience in an PA or business support capacity within the property field
- A strong understanding of managing sales campaigns
- A strong understanding of real estate practices and legal requirements
- High attention to detail, initiative & quick thinking
- High-level communication and presentation
- Excellent stakeholder management abilities
- Scheduling and Diary management
