Our client is seeking a proactive Production Operator to assist with daily operations in the production facility, including the preparation and processing of raw materials for liquid production.

What will you do?

• Assist with daily operations by preparing and processing raw materials
• Follow sanitation and safety protocols for compliance
• Maintain accurate production records and batch logs
• Coordinate with team to ensure timely supply and storage of materials
• Support the Head of Beverage in improving processes and operations

What do you need?

• Awareness of food safety standards
• 2+ years of experience in a hospitality setting
• Experience in beverage production, fermentation, or commercial kitchens is highly desirable
• Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn
• Forklift license highly desirable
