Their services comprise of property investment assistance, sales, and rental management.
We are seeking a
Property Investment Advisor to join this leading property investment firm in Melbourne. In this role, you will guide clients through strategic investment decisions, providing tailored advice to help them build wealth through property. You’ll be responsible for client consultations, market research and presenting investment opportunities, ensuring a seamless and informed experience.
What’s in it for you? - $70,000 - $75,000 + Super + Commission (200k- $250k)

What do you do? - Consult clients with tailored property investment strategies to build long-term wealth in addition to understanding risk profiles and investment preferences.
- Build and maintain strong relationships, with real estate agents, lenders, property managers, attorney’s ensuring a seamless investment journey.
- Analyse of property trends, identifying lucrative investment opportunities.
- Deliver compelling presentations on property investment options to potential clients.
- End-to-End Support, assist clients from initial consultation to final investment, ensuring a smooth process.
- Maintain ethical standards of practice within the best interests of all clients
What do you need? - 2+ years of B2C property sales experience (new builds, SMSF, house & land).
- 3+ years in a similar sales or advisory role.
- Strong knowledge of property investment & financial planning.
- Excellent communication & relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset to assess investment strategies.
- Proficient in CRM systems to manage client portfolios.
- Real Estate License required.
