Woods & Co have partnered with a Melbourne-based real estate firm specialising in guiding clients toward successful property ownership. With over 24 years of experience, the team has helped clients nationwide achieve their property goals through personalised solutions. Their services include property investment advice, sales, and rental management.

We’re seeking a Property Investment Advisor to join this expert team. In this role, you’ll provide tailored investment advice, conduct market research and present strategic opportunities, supporting clients through every stage of their property journey.

• $70,000 - $75,000 base + Super + commission (OTE $200k - $250k)

What will you do?

• Consult with clients to develop tailored property investment strategies based on their goals and risk profiles
• Guide clients through the investment process, providing end-to-end support
• Conduct market analysis to identify high-potential investment opportunities
• Present compelling investment opportunities to clients
• Build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders
• Uphold ethical standards and act in clients' best interests

What do you need?

• In-depth knowledge of property investment and financial planning
• Minimum 2 years of B2C property sales experience (e.g., new builds, SMSF, house & land)
• 3+ years in a similar sales or property advisory role
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to assess and communicate investment strategies
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in CRM systems to manage and track client portfolios
• Valid Real Estate License is essential
