As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for delivering seamless service, managing a high-performing FOH team, and ensuring an outstanding guest experience. Working closely with the executive chef and winery team, you’ll bring your passion for hospitality, food, and wine to a venue that champions farm-to-table cuisine and premium local produce.

What do you do? - Oversee daily service operations, ensuring smooth and efficient FOH management.
- Train, lead, and motivate a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Overseeing restaurant bookings, events, and tour groups.
- Managing stock, supplier relationships, and the POS system.
- Maintain exceptional customer service standards, handling guest feedback professionally.
- Manage rostering, recruitment, stock control, and financial reporting to ensure profitability.
What do you need? - Experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role in hospitality.
- Strong operational and financial management skills.
- Experience working in a winery, fine dining, or high-volume restaurant is a plus.
- A hands-on leadership style with a focus on training and development.
- Current RSA Certificate (mandatory); Food Hygiene qualification preferred.
