Sales & Contracts Administrator based out of Newmarket, New Zealand. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a keen eye for commercial contract review, and enjoys working with full autonomy.
Our client is a trusted name in the payment solutions industry, known for their innovation and commitment to excellence. What will you do? - Provide general sales administration support
- Review commercial contracts to ensure compliance with guidelines
- Manage databases and generate sales/profit reports
- Assist in the creation of sales presentations
- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, and Deployments teams to monitor sales pipelines
- Liaise with the Operations team to track fault escalations
- Allocate sales leads to the appropriate representatives
- Undertake ad-hoc administrative duties as required
What do you need? - Experience in contract processing or commercial reviews
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM is preferable
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Strong communication and multi-tasking skills
- High level of attention to detail and organisational abilities
- Previous experience in sales administration or support roles
