What do you do? - Prepare and manage contracts, authority forms, and marketing materials with precision
- Oversee property listings, advertising schedules, and compliance requirements
- Maintain accurate records and update CRM systems efficiently
- Support the sales team with sales campaigns, client communication, and open homes
- Liaise with vendors, buyers, solicitors, and colleagues to keep deals moving smoothly
What do you need? - Previous experience in real estate administration or a similar role
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with diverse personalities
- Confidence using CRM systems, marketing platforms, and Microsoft Office
