We are on the hunt for driven Sales Rep to join the team! Looking for dynamic individuals who not only have the right skills and experience but also align with the company’s values. What We Can Offer: - A base salary of $80,000 to $100,000, with on-target earnings (OTE) of up to $200,000.

- The role includes a company car (if needed) and a strong focus on work-life balance with an 8 am to 4 pm workday.
Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with builders in the high-end residential market to secure ongoing projects.
- Achieve a target of closing ideally one project per week, with project values ranging from $30,000 to $250,000.
- Act as the face of the company, attending site visits, building rapport, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Work closely with a dedicated team of sales professionals, contributing to a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements for Success: - Demonstrated ability to close deals in a B2B environment, particularly in the building and construction industry.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on developing long-term relationships with builders and contractors.
- A motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic, determination, and a passion for exceeding sales targets.
- Willingness take on additional responsibilities as the company expands.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on clarity and persuasion.
