Woods & Co is partnering with Australia’s leading security group that currently holds a key contract managing one of Melbourne’s largest live entertainment venues. The successful candidate will actively work with key Stadium Managers and management, staff and stakeholders. The ideal person will have exceptional skills with CCTV operations and the ability to work in a fast paced and high-pressure environment.

What do you do? - CCTV Monitoring: Oversee live security feeds to maintain a safe environment.
- Incident Response: Act swiftly to respond to critical incidents and document them with precise written reports.
- Alarm Management: Monitor and react to both internal alarms.
- Communication: Liaise effectively with key managers, emergency services, client representatives, and security officers via phone and radio.
- Crisis Management: Take decisive action during day-to-day operations and emergencies.
- Access Control: Manage remote access to buildings using advanced access control systems.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to all stakeholders.
What you need? - Certificate III in Security Operations.
- Current Security License with a Control Room endorsement.
- Valid First Aid certification.
- Current Driver’s License.
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency.
- Working with Children’s Check
