We’re on the lookout for a Senior Customer Experience Specialist to drive exceptional service delivery, manage escalations, and implement process improvements within the residential and commercial construction sector.

What will you do? - Ensure service levels meet or exceed company expectations
- Manage escalated customer queries and complaints with expert problem-solving
- Implement customer success strategies and drive process improvements
- Develop and oversee warranty claims, providing technical support
- Mentor and support Customer Service Specialists
- Analyse customer data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
What do you need? - 3+ years' experience in customer service, aftercare, or warranty management
- Strong technical knowledge of CRM & ERP
- Experience in the building products or construction industry
- Proven ability to manage escalations and streamline processes
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and coaching skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
