What You'll Do:

• Deliver an outstanding customer experience and drive sales with your positive, bubbly nature.
• Mentor and develop your team for future leadership roles.
• Implement effective visual merchandising strategies.
• Oversee stock management and prioritise daily tasks efficiently.
• Provide real-time coaching and feedback to team members.

What You Need:

• 2+ years of experience in a retail management role
• Passion for empowering customers and creating an inclusive shopping experience.
• Strong people management skills, with the ability to mentor and inspire.
• Commercial mindset with a knack for visual merchandising.
• Hands-on approach to stock management and operational tasks.
