What You'll Do: - Deliver an outstanding customer experience and drive sales with your positive, bubbly nature.
- Mentor and develop your team for future leadership roles.
- Implement effective visual merchandising strategies.
- Oversee stock management and prioritise daily tasks efficiently.
- Provide real-time coaching and feedback to team members.
What You Need: - 2+ years of experience in a retail management role
- Passion for empowering customers and creating an inclusive shopping experience.
- Strong people management skills, with the ability to mentor and inspire.
- Commercial mindset with a knack for visual merchandising.
- Hands-on approach to stock management and operational tasks.
