What You'll Do: - Deliver an outstanding customer experience and drive sales
- Mentor and develop your team for future leadership roles
- Implement effective visual merchandising strategies
- Manage stock and prioritise daily tasks efficiently
- Provide real-time coaching and feedback to team members
What You Need: - 2+ years of retail management experience or an Assistant Store Manager looking for career progression
- Passion for delivering an inclusive and engaging shopping experience
- Strong people management skills with the ability to mentor and inspire
- Commercial mindset and an eye for visual merchandising
- Hands-on approach to stock management and store operations
